Refund policy

At Party Time Solution, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with the purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free.

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • We do not bear any shipping costs for returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf.
  • If the return is due to an error on our behalf, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service team at info@partytimesolution.com for a return authorization and instructions.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and further instructions.
  • Please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

5. Processing Returns

  • Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  • Returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after our warehouse receives the returned package.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment account within 3-5 business days after the return has been processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for the original item if it meets our return conditions.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@partytimesolution.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

9. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that we will not accept returns or issue refunds for items returned without their accessories or if the items cannot be resealed and resold.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
